Screen Ruler
A straightforward utility designed to create a ruler on the screen, proving especially handy during the process of designing user interfaces. It operates without any window decorations, maintaining a clean and unobtrusive appearance, and ensures that the ruler remains consistently visible by always staying on top.
- Hold down the primary mouse button to reposition the ruler.
- Press the secondary mouse button to close it.
- Click the tertiary mouse button (mouse wheel) to switch the opacity.
- Adjust the size of the ruler by dragging its right edge (for the horizontal ruler) or its bottom edge (for the vertical ruler).
