Sand Saga Insider: August 2025
Hello everyone! This August has been a big month for humans in Sand Saga. They received several major updates – from new ways of interacting with the world to much more life-like behavior and even randomized appearances. Step by step, they are becoming one of the most exciting features of the game.

- Game: Middle mouse button can be used to cycle through variations when inserting a template/entity (e.g., rocks, trees, humans)

Human Skins
Back then, there was only a single skin for humans, making them all look the same. Now, they have much more variety – with different ethnicities, genders, and hairstyles. On top of that, they are no longer wandering around naked, but instead wear stylish clothing that makes them feel far more alive and relatable. This update really helps bring diversity and personality into the world of Sand Saga.
Note: When placing a human, you can see which skin they have, and if you don't like it, a simple middle mouse button click will generate a new one.

Human Movement and Particles
Humans have also become more dynamic thanks to new particle effects and movement improvements. Impacts now create small bursts of particles, and when hitting water, splashes are generated, making the interactions feel much more alive. Jumping was also refined, and combined with the new swimming and diving abilities, the basic movement of humans can now be considered complete.

Conclusion
